REFUND POLICY

1. General Rule

All donations made to Sri Mantra Peeteswari Veda Patasala are final and non-refundable.

2. Refund Conditions

A refund may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• If the donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction).
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If requested within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Process

•  Submit refund requests to (mailto:mantrapeeteswari@gmail.com) with:
  • • Name, amount, date of transaction
    • Reason for refund
    • Transaction ID / proof of payment
    • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10 business days.

4. No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued.
